Managing Stress & Anxiety During COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly caught many of us by surprise inducing a great deal of stress and anxiety on everyone. Stress is your body’s response to harmful physical, emotional and mental situations. This interactive course provides a variety of stress management techniques of reducing your stress levels and anxiety caused by fear or worry. You will learn a variety of coping skills including how to stay calm and centered amidst these times of uncertainty.
